All items are handmade in small batches, and orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods or new drops, this may be slightly longer — thank you for your patience while your order is prepared with care.

UK Shipping

• Small item delivery (Purses): Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £1.99
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch - £6.99
International Shipping
Currently unavailable, but I hope to offer this soon.
Delivery Delays
Once your parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery times may vary. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns
I want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch.
Eligibility
• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
• Buyer is responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty

How to start a return

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please email first to check availability. Because pieces are made in small batches, exchanges are not always possible.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days with a photo so I can make it right.
