At Double Denim Kids, every piece is handmade from reclaimed and vintage fabrics. Each item is one‑of‑a‑kind and may include natural variations that are part of its character. If you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric before ordering, please feel free to contact me — I’m always happy to help.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition

  • All tags/labels must still be attached

    • You must contact me first to request a return

    Please note: Because each piece is handmade and one‑of‑a‑kind, I cannot accept returns for:

    • Custom or personalised orders

    • Items purchased on sale

    • Items damaged through wear and tear

    How to request a return

    Please email me at hello@doubledenimkids.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item you wish to return

    • The reason for the return

I will reply within 2–3 working days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping costs are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Because all items are one‑of‑a‑kind, I cannot offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can resolve it quickly.
